Soft she comes in robes of white
To take the world in freezing flight
The moon is risen the sun sunk low
All that remains is the direction to go

Under trees should I tread softest feet?
Or on crops in fields now smothered neat
The cold revives and awakens the man
When snow is hard then is birthed the man
